A non-refundable deposit is required to book the band, this can be paid by cash, personal cheque and by using the online payment facilities.
On receipt of the deposit a confirmation letter with be sent out with the details agreed upon, this must be signed, dated and sent back.
Payment should be on the night and either at the start or at the half way interval and should be in cash. Payment by cheque will only be accepted if the full amount is sent two weeks in advance of the function or half is paid by cheque two weeks before the function and the remaining amount is paid by cash on the night. Cheques should be made payable to "David Ritchie" or "IT Wizard". If these conditions are not met the band reserve the right to stop all entertainment for the evening forthwith.
Cancellation charges are as follows: 0-7 Days = 100% 8-14 Days = 75% 15-29 Days = 50% 30 Days+ = Deposit
Our standard playing time is four hours based on agreed start time. Extended playing time is £100 per extra hour. Should the function run late outwith our control we will still finish at the agreed time otherwise an additional charge of £100 per hour will apply.
